We purchased a Enviro E44 Gas Insert c/w fan and remote control. The process went very smoothly. We are delighted with the product, the installation went perfectly and even provided more that we expected. All of the staff went out of their way be be pleasant and helpful. Jodi, Jason and their staff were friendly and punctual. They communicated with us frequently to address our concerns in a courteous and efficient manner. Every crew member was very skilled in helping install our beautiful fire place, and was very tidy, cleaning up after completing their duties.

This stellar service really made it a great experience all around. All we were left to do is enjoy our new fire place keeping us warm and cozy.

From the moment I phoned, Jason and Jodi were immediately responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't wait long for an appointment. The amount quoted was the exact amount I paid. The install was quick and painless and the workers were efficient, cleaned up completely, and left no trace behind (they even swept my garage!). Due to COVID, I had to arrange a video inspection with the city for the gas line, but Jason walked me through everything they did and the inspection was easy. The final product is absolutely gorgeous and heats up the room pretty quickly! I was very pleased with the price and overjoyed by the perfection of the final product. Well done, Edmonton Fireplaces!

Just purchased a new Montigo linear fireplace from Jason and Jodi. Can't say enough about these two. If you are thinking about a new fireplace or upgrading an old one like me, you have to go check out their new exquisite shop. We wanted to update our old style fireplace with a more up-to-date and efficient fireplace. I wasn't sure what I wanted but they helped me through the process to choose what is best for our home. Very professional and knowledgeable - from arriving at my house for onsite measurements and offering me a reasonable quote, through the installation of the insert and the tile work, and the clean up, everything was seamless and resulted in a beautiful new fireplace! Jason did an excellent job replacing an old wood burning fireplace with a sleek, black, gas model. I had never used a fireplace in my life and now I'm a convert in a few days, if that's not a good recommendation, I don't know what is!
