My husband and I moved to a renovated house - we noticed a cold draft coming from the stove hood in the basement kitchen. As well, both exhaust pipes were not properly insulated. We called Oleg who came out at looked at them and gave us an estimate as the incorrect exhaust vents had been installed. His team came out, insulated the exhaust pipes and replaced vents with the correct vents. They also put a vent cover on our dryer exhaust (which was under a large porch). We found them very helpful, professional in contrast to many HVAC companies (who don't even reply to requests). We would definitely use them again for any other HVAC needs we might have.
