Assessing old AC, water heater and Furnace, recommending options and leveraging energy efficiency programs / incentives. The work included removing the old AC, water heater and furnace, returning old water heater to Enbridge, installing new with fixing ducting and wiring.

This is not the first project we are carrying out with Air Point Heating & Cooling. Last year we have replaced the A/C and this year we have decided to replace our old barely breathing furnace. Although we were satisfied with the previous interaction with Air Point, we've decided to research the market by talking to different contractors and getting quotes from top rated home-stars. After talking to Oleg, we stopped searching and researching. Oleg has provided the most professional and personally tailored offer. He was very accommodating and polite. Not only the selected furnace is considered top-notch and praised by all the reviews, but the final price was reasonable and affordable.

Once the decision has been made, we have contacted Oleg on Friday noon and by Monday afternoon, we had a shiny energy-efficient furnace installed. The installation/replacement was performed by two technicians and the process went smooth. I believe that the installation is the most important thing for keeping equipment in shape for many years. I have absolutely no worries about it. After the installation, the place is clean and tidy. Аll the wires and the pipes are tightly and neatly tied. Knowing there is a baby in the house, the technicians have lowered their voices and tried to be as quiet as possible. That definitely shows a professionalism and care.
