My furnace was working earlier in the month and then stopped working. I called Air Point Heating and got a appointment the next day. Gregory was on time and diagnosed the problem and gave me reasonable solutions to my furnace problems. I chose to replace the furnace as it was very old and gave me some choices. I chose which furnace I wanted and they came the next day. The technicians on time and replaced the furnace within the day. They threw in some items that were not on the list for the furnace replacement and even gave me a discount which I was grateful for. They were very efficient in putting in the furnace and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was time for us to get our funace and air conditioner serviced and being unhappy with previous maintenance providers I was looking for someone new. In my research I found Airpoint Heating and Cooling. From our first contact with the office staff we found them very friendly and knowledgeable. Not only are they recommended by Homestars, but they are also Google Guaranteed, something about which I had never heard. I booked our appointment and Greg arrived - on time - in fact a little earlier than expected. He is the only service technician who was familiar with our EcoBee thermostat. In the past we have had to reprogram it when other service men changed the settings. He explained everything he was doing and made the whole process seamless. He also checked to ensure that we had a CO2 detector near our furnace. The price charged was in no way excessive and I believe I received excellent value for this service. I highly recommend this business for heating and air conditioning needs.

Our boiler broke down a few weeks ago and Michael swung by to see if it could be fixed. He's kept the old beast alive in the past. But this time he couldn't do it. The part just wasn't made anymore. So I order in a new boiler. The team arrived within a few days of placing the order and relatively quickly took out the old one and installed a new one. Slight glitch as they found a small defect from the manufacturer. Fortunately not too cold out so they shut it down and arrived a couple of days later with the new part. Thoroughly tested everything again and even found a small leak in the adjacent water boiler. Left the basement clean when they left. Always pleasant and always willing to please. I recommend them completely.

If you need a heat pump (under the Government rebate) go straight to Airpoint. These guys know what they are doing, are professional and friendly. They helped me with the rebate process, explained me how the system works and answered the whole bunch of my other questions. Everyone from Mike and Greg, to installation people, to Airpoint office staff were very corteous and efficient. Thank you!

I needed to replace my 25 year old Mitsubishi Ductless AC and contacted 3 companies. All the quotes were similar is value however the proposed approach to the work was completely different. It was a complicated project to remove the old compressor located on a 2nd floor roof with limited access and relocate the new exterior compressor ,hoses and electrical to a different location for more convenient maintenance access.
I confirmed the job with Air Point Heating and Cooling after Michael and Gregory did a thorough review and then contacted the installation crew to come to the house and do their assessment. They assured me that they could accomplish the job safely and efficiently. Michael was also available to answer any other questions that came up before the scheduled date.
The crew lead by Vadym and Edgar arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my neighbours' and my property. The job was completed to my expectations.
I am impressed with and appreciate the problem solving attitude that Air Point brought to the job. I will continue to recommend their service.

On the recent long weekend, our A/C unit was starting to make noises indicating it was on it's last legs. I called Air Point on Monday of the long weekend, and got a call back almost as soon as I hung up the phone. They came the next day to measure everything and provided a quote within an hour of leaving, 4 hours after confirming via email I was scheduled for the install work. They could have done it the next day, but I had to move them out, due to my schedule.

On the day of install Vadym and Sasha arrived on time, put down tarps everywhere they were going to need to go, and did a spectacular job installing the new A/C unit, even working in the tight space the outdoor unit needed to go. They took the time to walk me through everything they did and made sure they cleaned up after themselves before leaving.

We had a new furnace installed at our house. The team did an excellent job. They arrived right on time, were very efficient and knowledgeable. After the installation left the place spotless.
