The guys who removed and installed New furnace were respectful and very professional. The job was done in a very clean manner.

Furnace blower motor was acting up and finally gave in on a Saturday. Called Air Point Heating and Cooling (referral from my neighbor) on the Sunday and spoke with Katerina who took down all the info and scheduled for a tech to come Monday. Mike from Air Point showed up promptly just after 9am on Monday, did an assessment, replaced the capacitor, tested the system to rule out the capacitor being the issue and the blower motor still failed. Mike explained the options to me for my 14 year old furnace. I opted to go with having the motor replaced as that option best suited my budget and surprisingly came in less than what I expected to pay to have this part replaced (including tax and labour). Mike left at 10am to order the new motor and facilitate the repair order. Eddie showed up at 11:30am with the new motor and the repair was completed by noon. I was very impressed with the speed and professionalism by all who I dealt with from start to finish and will definitely use and refer this company again for all future HVAC needs.

Oleg did an outstanding job from start to finish. He diagnosed the problem, requiring us to need a new furnace, on Thanksgiving Monday and we had a brand new furnace installed on Tuesday morning. The work was done efficiently and the space was immaculate when they were finished the installation. I would definitely recommend the company!!

After our air conditioner started performing poorly, I reached out to Air Point for an inspection. Greg arrived within the appointment window and quickly went to work diagnosing the issue - low refrigerant. Greg was happy to answer all of our questions and provided a recommendation and quote, with really no pressure. The quote wasn't the lowest we received but I sensed that Air Point's service was worth the little extra money. After some discussions, we opted for a replacement.

Two days later, Vadim and Sasha arrived promptly at the scheduled time and began work, quickly and efficiently. They laid drop cloths and took care to make sure they didn't damage anything. Vadim explained all of the work they were doing and took the time to show me some changes in my A/C set up. The new A/C works great!

They fixed a broken vent outlet, did a tune up on the AC and insulated the coolant tube. The workers were very friendly and did a good job. However, when they insulated the coolant tube they left a lot of scattered black foam scraps all over our deck. It took me about 20 minutes to clean it all up.

During the late summer of 2022 our air conditioner had ceased functioning. In order to assist us on such short notice, Air Point Heating and Cooling Inc went above and beyond. Gregory, a service technician, and Katerina, a member of the office staff, were both incredibly courteous, efficient, and reasonable in their repair costs. Gregory cleaned out our unit, changed our air conditioner's "starting capacitor," and then carefully put everything back together.
