We worked w Norbert, he is a great guy. We had an issue that was due to our own problem as a home owner but they still came and REDID an ENTIRE section of the roof. They added more ice shield and they came back to do seal patch up on flat roof even though again here it was our fault for not cleaning eaves. Its how to a team comes to resolve problems that is important and he is great to work with. I recommend them anyday. Its been almost a year and haven't had a roof leak since the fixes.

They did a job of custom-made Aluminum 7-inch Eaves through and 94 bundles of GAF Timberline Natural Shadow Hickory with 30 years of labour and material WARRANTY. The Eaves are leaking a damaging the Facia. We contacted them by phone and email several times to come and repair the defective workmanship of the Eaves and received no response. We had no option but to warn others not to deal with them because; although their work was good, their customer response time needed improvement.
Somehow, our message reached the leadership of the company and we finally got a response. The leadership personally came twice and repaired the leaking eaves, explaining that the delayed response was caused by a staff member, and confirming that they stand behind their 30-year WARRANTY.
Because of the extraordinary effort to make things right, I am changing my review to a happy customer.

I just spent 3.5k to remove the insulation from my attic due to a mold problem. and spent another 6.5 k to remove the mold. This mold problem started to be apparent after the most recent insulation installation, which was conducted by Breno Roofing Inc.

I used Breno Roofing as they had replaced my neighbours shingles and I noticed they did a great job. I was definitely was happy I went with them. They never tried to upsell me on anything. Their guys are punctual and so efficient. I was impressed afterwards with how well they cleaned up everything around the house when they were done. A very professional company that I would definitely recommend.

We were referred to Breno Roofing by one of our family friends, who was very satisfied with their services for his roof replacement and eavestroughs work.
Teams at Breno Roofing just completed roof replacements at 4 of our properties and eavestroughs, soffit and fascia replacement on one of the houses as well. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with the final result. The entire process from obtaining a quote via their satellite technology within a day after our phone call, we received multiple shingle options to choose from and their service reached so far that they even personally delivered actual sample boards to our home to choose the color. We were receiving regular updates from Zaneta regarding material and dumpster deliveries. Breno roofing crew arrived at 6:50!am to start with our first home, and we really must say, never met more hardworking and dedicating team of people, who were smiling during whole day. They completed the work within one day, left our home and yard spotless and took a lot of care to protect our maple tree and landscaping with plywood. We can't thank them enough, they treated our home with respect the whole time. Within 2 days after the installation, we received our invoice, Breno registered warranty on our behalf and Norbert even provided pictures for all our homes with final product. Absolutely stunning workmanship and the new roofs completely changed the curb appeal of our homes. After what I thought was a successful roof repair with Breno a couple years ago, when my flat roof needed to be replaced I called Norbert and his team. Just as before they swooped in and replaced the roof, seemingly all good. I paid the bill and then it rained. And from that point on I have been nothing but disappointed with the service from Norbert and his team at Breno roofing.

Upon the first rainfall I was alarmed and within a few days called to complain about the large pool of water that just sits on the centre of my roof. Initially, Zaneta the receptionist answered and told me that Norbert said it was normal and that he would call me later to discuss. It's been over 2months now and I have yet to hear from Norbert despite my numerous calls, emails and texts to try and get some response to the situation.

Since that time I have had a contractor come in for an unrelated job and as he passed the window looking out onto the rooftop he couldn't help but make a comment on the poor installation and confirmed all my suspicions. Perhaps Norbert would agree if he'd ever respond to my calls and actually come look at the work that his company had provided.

Be Warned - this company is not RELIABLE.

We have dealt with numerous contractors over the years and Breno is at the top of the list. You want your contractor to treat your home as if it was their home. Most contractors dont, but Breno does. You want your contractor to respond to your calls and emails and we always received a speedy response.
When we requested a quote, we received one the next day. Breno uses satellite images and software to determine your homes roof structure, and provided us with the image they used to calculate the quote. It gives you confidence right from the start that the company is organized, knows what they are doing, and that there wont be any surprises. Norbert proceeded to answer our many questions both via phone and email. He was very patient and explained everything to our satisfaction.
When the job started the crew arrived on-time each day and worked a full day. The team was polite, kind, and very professional. Tarps were placed on the ground to protect the lawn and to catch all the old shingles, nails, and debris. A magnet roller was also used to pick up any nails that may not have been caught on the tarp. We have a large number of trees that are very close to our home, and the team took every step to protect them. Not one tree was damaged. At the end of each day the team would clean up everything.
The new roof looks amazing. The quality of their work is very high. The new shingles are lined up straight and lay flat, and the eaves trough were completely cleaned. After the job was completed, Zaneta personally came to deliver and explain the warranty information.
Replacing your roof is a significant investment and you want to make sure that you place that investment and trust with the right company. Breno is that company. We will be highly recommending Breno without hesitation to anyone looking to replace their roof.
