Can not even begin to thank the boss mechanical team enough. Install was fantastic. The left my place cleaner then i had it. i would recommend them to anyone. During this time they used and followed all safety and distancing protocol. They wore masks, gloves and even sanitized everything they touched after install. Great company fairly priced. They even walked me through everything when it was done! A+ service.

Our furnace broke down over the weekend, we called Boss and they sent a team over quickly to replace it. Everyone we spoke with did a great job informing us of what was going to be done. The techs who installed the furnace were efficient and did a great job. Overall we are extremely happy with the whole Boss team and would recommend them for all HVAC jobs.

Very quick to have someone over for a gas dryer installation. Quality and professional service from the representative on the phone to the technician who came to my home. The furnace was acting up and the company sent someone over within an hour to check it out. The service got the furnace working again but they recommended it might need replacement the next time it acted up as it was 24 years old. The furnace died the next week during cold weather and I called to see if they could come to replace it and they sent someone the next morning. Very timely. The service people were very polite, knowledgeable and walked us through everything. My furnace room ended up cleaner than before they came! We appreciate the friendly, professional, quick service all the way from the owners to the administrative staff and the service technicians. Thank you!

I came into work to find our heating was working! We called Boss Mechanical for assistance, and imminently Carmine had his staff over to our school to find the problem! I had to write this because it’s not that often that you are completely pleased with a contractor. These days many cut corners. Not Boss Mechanical. They came to install a humidifier, take out an existing gas fireplace and venting, provide a new unit and run gas for a BBQ hook up and few other items. If your looking for a contractor who comes into your home, explains the work they are going to do and then leaves your place as clean as it was before they started, is professional and courteous and then assesses and executes any other small fixes around the area being worked on for no extra cost then this is the company you NEED to hire. For the BBQ hook up they made sure my bbq worked and when a burner on the bbq didn’t turn on they made the quick fix to make it work. For the humidifier install, they cleaned up and replaced other houses and made them drain more efficiently into the sewer. They also fixed electrical to an air purifier system that was installed by the builder that was in the way and realigned the venting to this system to give us easier access to the unit for future maintenance and cleaning. They also made recommendations for use of the system. Was very impressed with the extras and time taken to provide their advice. I’m very picky and particular when I am paying for work done. In my job I give 100% and expect the same from those whom I hire and there was no disappointments here. Thank you Boss Mechanical for restoring confidence in hiring contractors!! Your the place I will turn to for all my HVAC needs.

Showed up on time, did great work and took time to explain my new system afterwards. Very friendly, did a great job. Also moved my HRV system closer to my furnace.

First off I must say, this review is long overdue.
I've been dealing with Boss Mechanical for years and they never disappoint.
Recently I called them to see what can be done about the poor airflow in my house and the solution was a hydronic air handler which uses the hot water from my tankless hot water heater (also installed by Boss Mechanical) to replace my furnace which was considered oversized for my house in fact.
The results have been amazing and it's only day two!
If you're dealing with parts of your house that just don't seem to get any heat, this is possibly the only answer.
Don't bother calling anyone but Boss Mechanical, period.

Wasn't sure why my A/C wasn't as cold as it should be so I called Boss Mechanical. From the second they picked up the phone, to the second the technician left, I received incredible service. And the best part is, the A/C is running like new! Their prices are very fair, especially for the great service I received. Would absolutely recommend Boss Mechanical to anyone!

The Boss mechanical team came during the expected time frame and were very friendly and helpful! They completed my air conditioning service and even checked my furnace to make sure all was in working order. My questions were answered with a smile. I would recommend them for sure!
