We had a challenging project. Our lot is steeply sloped and it was a very difficult demo removing old 6-foot tall retaining walls and endless amounts of grey concrete bricks. We got quotes from numerous contractors who tried to gouge us. AHS was the only company that gave us a quote that wasn't disproportionately marked up. Most importantly, they stuck to within $1,000 of the quote they gave. These guys are honest and have a sense of pride in their work. The quality of the work was A+, and I believe better than what other companies who would have charged more would have done. We are thrilled with the end result. Anton and the crew were diligent throughout and did a great job. They kept a very clean worksite, were respectful of the neighbours, and answered all of my many questions.
