NIR Real Estate Inspections

NIR real estate inspections was awesome to work with. The inspection was very thorough and very detailed. Would highly recommend NIR for your home inspection needs. Ibrahim was well qualified, walked me through every detail in the house and identified any fixes that were required.

I used IB for a pre home inspection of my home and then used him again after buying a note property.

He was very thorough during the 2 visits and made sure to point our everything that would become an issue if not addressed ASAP.

On the property we were buying, the sellers wanted to check his report because they couldn’t see a leak that was mentioned. IB did go back for free at 8:30 PM and confirmed there was no leak. However, the next day, he also wanted to make sure that both water tanks were working fine and discovered that one was dead!!! Thankfully for us, he was able to come back and pinpoint this issue after the sellers did stay at their home for a couple days.

Overall, really knowledgable, friendly and very responsive inspector. Was very patient with my questions and taught me many things about he home. Would definitely recommend him to anyone requiring a home inspection
