Stephano was amazing! I was blown away by how meticulous he was with his investigation. He even gave cautions on angles of shower doors and the showerhead direction. Everything from big things like the roof and pipes to small things like cupboards not being flushed and missing caulking. Most of all, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. He's a very humble, affable and genuine individual who is an expert in his field. I even called back a few weeks later and he could not hear well when I mentioned who I was but answered my inquiry with passion and knowledge. What a sincerely lovely human being! I whole heartedly recommend him if you are looking to buy a home.
