Troy, Austin and Brandon were great to work with. From the onset, Troy was very responsive with all his communication. In addition to doing a bedroom floor installation, counter edge fix, his team went above and beyond by touching up a job done by a previous contractor-cleaning off mortar left on shower tiles and sealing it. Their professionalism, knowledge, speed and friendliness were very appreciated. Thank you Troy, Austin and Brandon.

Troy and his crew completed crown molding in our house. The work turned out great! His crew was very friendly and really know their craft. I will be using them again soon.

Troy was awesome to deal with from start to finish. Very responsive to all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole renovation. The team he brought in were all great respectable guys and did a fantastic job. Highly recommended them for any renovation youre looking to have done.

The work quality was decent and within budget, but marred by significant delays and the project was not completed. The project management was not good and we had to run after the contractor at almost every step of the project. Ultimately the project was not fully completed even after several follow-ups, and we had to contract other specialized service providers to complete missing parts of the project. Working with this company requires a lot of your time to follow up at every stage and sometimes even run after sub-contractors. However the sub-contractors were good at their work.

Troy and his team transformed my four piece bathroom and I couldn't be happier with the results!

 
This was the last big renovation project to take care of in order to put the house up for sale. It had to be done because the bathtub/shower was completely out of service due to a leak in the plumbing. My goal was to fix this issue and give the space a much needed facelift. There was also an added pressure to get the job done as quickly as possible in order to list the house on time.

Troy was the first contractor to respond to my request on Homestars. I chose him after interviewing a few others.

First, he was easy to collaborate with! He's patient, knowledgeable, and has excellent communication skills. My initial ideas turned out to be pretty expensive and would exceed my budget. He made suggestions on how to save money and/or time, and still get the results I desired. Also, I found that he was quick to respond to texts, phone calls, and emails so that we were on the same page from project start to finish.

He demonstrated strong organization and delegation skills! The team had a few other projects on the go in addition to mine. This was not an issue as my project was completed without delay even when I threw a couple challenges their way. For example, I didn't like any of the faucets or the showerhead they originally installed. His team changed them all out without any issues and in a timely manner. If any questions about the work came up, it was resolved. For example, our bathroom door would not close properly after they left one day. It was fixed first thing the next morning. 

I really can't sing enough praise for this company. They were easy to work with especially during a time in my life when I was going through a separation with changing family dynamics, and then having to get this bathroom done right in order to sell the house. 

I'm highly satisfied with the results. The bathroom looks good and the plumbing functions perfectly. The house sold quickly!

Ultimate Home Exteriors did the following:

- built custom vanity 

- installed faucets, trim kit, showerhead, sink, light fixture, and door handle

- removed tile from bathroom walls around sink, toilet, and window

- re-plastered and painted walls

- replaced damaged tile in shower area from plumbing job 

- tile/garbage disposal 

*One detail to note: A different company came in and re-glazed the tiles surrounding the bathtub/shower in white only because Troy's team does not provide this service. 

Our company has been growing and we needed additional office space for project staff. We had Ultimate Home Exteriors work on an existing permit from when we purchased the building. There were a lot of unknowns with the permit, and they worked everything out with the municipal building inspector and engineer prior to moving forward. They completed our renovation fully to code and worked very fast to minimize the disruption for our office staff. The end result of their work was excellent. I would highly recommend their services for anyone in commercial or residential.

Troy and his team were amazing! Troy was quick to respond from initial call to completion of project. Troy was great to arrange schedules to work with other jobs going on in the house as well. The team was always very punctual and workmanship was beautiful. We are very happy and would highly recommend this company.

These guys were recommended by a friend, and treated us like family. It took them one week to finish a massive deck renovation. After every day they cleaned up the area as best they could, and always maintained a positive attitude towards me and my family. Very friendly and happy bunch of guys. Simply taking a photo of the work they did here wouldnt do the project justice.

I will be contacting this company for any future projects, and will be highly recommending them to friends and family.

We decided to hire Ultimate Home Exteriors to remove our old wood deck and replace it with composite. You need to hire these guys as they do excellent work! Troy , Bruce and the rest of the guys were very friendly and dedicated to making sure you are informed and satisfied with all aspects of the work. We also had him install lighting around the glass railings and stairs which looks awesome! Thanks Troy, great job bye.
