Lin's Eavestrough & Aluminum Inc

Two stars for these guys for showing up on time and completing the job the same day. Unfortunately, the job that was completed was not of good quality at all and the workmanship was exposed during the rainy season in September.
The first major issue was the leaf guard that was installed by Tony and team. As the other poster suggested, the guards are of inferior quality and cannot handle a normal rain event. Water starts pouring from top of the gutters and splashing everywhere. It was worst at the entrance door with water entering inside the house. These guys came in and removed the guard from the front entrance. This fixed the problem there, but I found later that the same issue is happening at other places as well.
Second issue relates to the puddling of water. They suggested eliminating the three downspouts from one side of the wall and transferring the rain load from one roof to the other culminating in one downspout only. I agreed to it thinking that it will not cause an issue but after a normal rain event I saw massive amount of water puddling besides this downspout, as it was carrying the load of two other removed downspouts. They suggested that I dig a hole and put a diverter. However, this downspout is installed right besides electric service lines and the ground cannot be dug.
They initially agreed to come fix the issues but after numerous calls and texts stopped picking up the phone. Extremely disappointed and cannot recommend them to anyone.

I called both Lin's and another company quote my leaking eavestrough, at first Lin's suggest me to replace all the eavestrough as too old ,but I thought my roof system can still work after repaired,and it costs less. So I called another company to repair it. Unfortunately, the leaking problem still exists. That's was so upset that another company don't come to fix the problem anymore even though they promise the 3 months warranty. Finally, I ask Lin aluminum come and replace. They are really good service and professional job ,only one afternoon everything is done ,clean all the mess after all even a tiny skewers. It's been a year ,all Goode right now. I do wish everyone can choose a responsible eavestrough company, otherwise would be a disaster.

I was having issues with rain not draining into the evestrough because of the gutter guard Tony installed. I was told by Tony to wait and see if the drainage is better with a regular rain and if I did not like the performance of the gutter guard he would remove and give me my money back. When I called him to complained how the rain was pouring from the evestrough like Niagara Falls and I couldn't even enter my house without getting soaked. I asked Tony to remove them and return my money. He is now saying he will not give me my money back but will remove them. Tony went back on his word and kept making excuses about how much it would cost him with labour and gas so he would not give me my money back.

Absolutely the most untrust worthy contractor I have ever dealt with. Tried to gauge me $800 to fix a few fallen shingles just because all other roofing contractors were not available. Then, made up some bogus excuse of going to lunch and will come back but never did.
