After purchasing my first home, I could live with everything except the bathroom. I found Homestars and sent out a request for what I wanted and Ridgedown was one of 3 companies that followed up.
Ryan came out to my home, took measurements, talked to me about what I wanted and within days I had a clear quote sent to me. (The first company gave me a verbal quote, the second company wanted to put in a cookie cutter bathroom and their turn around time was 3 times as long as Ridgedown)
The trades who came to my house were very accommodating (they answered all my questions, even the dumb ones) and made sure I knew what they were going to do, how they were going to do it and kept me up to date on any changes.
Ryan was very patient with my continuous calls and texts and for that I am grateful.
the only glitch, which is no ones fault was the shower door had to be cut 3 times, first time it had a crack, second time it was not measured and cut to size - third time a charm. But that is all done by the glass company, not by the contractors.
I love my bathroom, and other then paint touch ups I've had to nothing else except enjoy it.
