We were very happy with the service and the quality of work. They were very professional, showed up on time, and even worked in the rain. They came about a week after they said they would but that was only because of the weather. They phoned and explained and we understood. When they came, they worked everyday until the job was done. They always checked to see if we were satisfied as the work progressed.
I would recommend them to anyone.

I found Jescore's ad and he came immediately. We discussed the various options and I found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to do the 'big' job of refacing our crumbling cement steps with flagstone. I was surprised that only one man, Jean-Guy, did such a big job on his own. We appreciate the fine job he did, it looks beautiful. Also, they guarantee their work for five years which is impressive.

We saw the Jescore Renovations flyer and called them for an estimate for a front walkway and steps. We had other companies come over but Jessie and Corey were the only ones who detailed what the work entailed, showed us pictures of exactly what the stone would look like and explained why they used such high quality materials. From the beginning, their stone mason, Dennis (27 years’ experience) told us step-by-step what he was doing as the job progressed. Jessie and Corey attended our site at least twice a day, and full time on the last day. My wife and I were shown the stone samples before the loads were delivered. Jessie even walked with us through the neighbourhood looking at other completed jobs and talking to the homeowners. I haven’t dealt with any company of any type that was so concerned that their customers were happy at every single step of the process. Based on our excellent experience with Jescore, I recommend them for their professionalism, attention to detail and for just being very nice people. Oh, and we really like the final results; better than we had actually imagined.

The work was assigned to a subcontractor who was quite capable. We felt rushed to sign a contract and were not shown samples of the materials to be used. We were not happy with the "tumbled stone look" originally agreed to and requested a different type of stone with a "flagstone" look. The owner/contractor initially refused our request maintaining we "signed a contract" so must live with what was selected. He was frenetic and angry calling us back several times in the space of 10 minutes. his wife finally called us and agreed to our request to go to a building material site and pick out a stone we liked that was available in stock. It did not delay the subcontractor nor was a major increase in material cost.
Avoid this company because the owner is a very unusual character unwilling to to listen to his clients.
