Arrived early (thats a good thing). Very efficient technician. Took about 80 minutes to do 17 ducts and sanitize the system. No complaints

I found their ad in a local advertising leaflet that came to our house. They were having a special so I researched them and decided to give them a try. The day of the cleaning I moved all of my furniture away from the cold air and forced air vents.

The technician was on time for the schedule given to me. He was polite, and got down to work immediately. I busied myself while he worked but kept an eye on the process. He went about his work quickly and efficiently. My vents were quite dirty, I knew that before, and I took my own pictures after he'd finished at each cold air return. The vents were nice and clean afterwards.

Once done, he asked if I'd be interested in an additional treatment to sanitize the vents, which I declined. He cleaned up, although there was a bit of dust around the vents that I vacuumed up quickly and in the furnace area. All in all, it was quick and efficient. Two hours and I could tell the difference in the amount of air reaching the furthest vents in the house immediately. For the price, which included 11 additional vents to their base price, I was quite happy.

Hired Delicatus Home Services to clean the air ducts and vents because they had an advertised promotion that was very attractive. I had read some reviews that mentioned pushy upselling, so was prepared for the worst. Boy, did we have a very different experience!
Technician showed up on time and got right down to work. Was careful to mention a couple times to ensure cats were in a safe place because a) door would be open and b) they get scared of the noise. Technician inspected all the vents, hooked up machine, and manually cleaned all cold air returns and vents.
When he was done, he showed me the furnace filter, which had recently been changed. It was filthy! Given we have a golden retriever and 2 cats, he recommended cleaning the ducts more frequently (last time was 3 years ago) to keep furnace in optimum working condition.
He told me about the other services they offer (e.g. spray disinfectant, dryer vent), but in no way was he pushy.
All in all, we're very pleased with the service and the result. We will use Delicatus again.

Nick accommodated a last-minute schedule change, explained everything in detail and was very professional. I had the vents sanitized based on Nick's expertise (after showing me a picture of how dusty they were!), dryer vent and purchased a washable furnace filter which will save me money in the long term and is good for the environment. Very pleased with the service.

He was very professional, polite, respectful of the pets and furniture and answered all my questions patiently. The job was carried out efficiently and tidily. Highly recommended.
