BIG Grifter, Stay Away.

They sent a technician to check my washing machine that was basically working/washing but was not draining, the technician came spent 20-30mins checking the machine only to find out that the machine is no longer working/turning on after he did what he did on it.

All call this company if you want things complicated Stay Away from them.

Our fridge stopped working and we had to have the control board replaced. The technician that came had the control board in stock and replaced it. Since replacing the control board the ice maker now overfills the ice tray with water flooding the freezer. When I called back to let them know about this issue they told me I was already outside the 30 day warranty window and it would be another service call ($400). The agent on the phone showed little sympathy or care for my issue or to try to rectify the issue.

Avoid this company. Read all the other negative reviews others are posting.

They wanted $100 for a $20-30 flex hose and elbow connector. Huge markup for such an easy product to purchase at any hardware store.

I had an issue with my Fridge, they came but did not fix and told me to order a part. I ordered and paid in advance, the part never arrived and they didn't give me a refund for it.

The repairman ca came to clean my parents dishwasher. He was here for maybe 20 minutes using a shop vac to shop vac out the drain line. Literally the second thing in the actual owner's manual is to check the check drain return as you can see I've included a picture where it was blocked. It took me all about 4 minutes to figure out the problem. It's a very simple and straightforward solution.

As a dishwasher repair person he should have immediately known that this would be the next place to check after the actual screens.

I'm super duper annoyed with this company and how they took advantage of my elderly parents. It's disgusting.

Our freezer was making ice non-stop and it was overflowing. We could not get the sensor arm back in ourselves. Michael Z was dispatched and he called me within an hour to say he was 20 minutes away. He had to take the freezer door off and pull out all the drawers to fix the ice maker. It did not require any new parts based on his initial assessment. He said I had a 10 day warranty. He was finished in about 30 mins.

He wore a provided face mask willingly and covered his shoes. Although he did make it clear face masks were not his preference. I appreciated that he showed me how to change the water filter in the fridge and was willing to work quietly while my baby napped upstairs. He communicated well and appeared to know the issue quite quickly.

I called the hotline and they were able to get a tech out to me that day. I told them that my dishwasher was by Porter & Charles. The tech (Kirill) came and opened up my dishwasher and said that I needed a new part for it. The next step was to wait for his phone call.

Kirill called me two days later and he said the part wasn't available so my dishwasher couldn't be repaired.

I called Euro-Parts Canada myself (the part provider for Porter and Charles) and they actually DO have the part in stock. I told Kirill that and I even provided him with the parts number that was required for the dishwasher. He read my text and I followed up with him 3 days later to ask if he was able to get the part. And he said "no- me/my company don't work with that provider".

So now I'm out $100 and that's it. I can't believe this company won't get the part from the parts provider- this is absolutely insane to me that I've basically done the leg work for him and that he won't finish the job.

Express Repair mis-diagnosed my Miele fridge issue. While they consulted online with Miele, the path forward to repair would not have fixed the appliance. They stated I needed a new compressor per repair estimate, but claimed to order an inverter board instead. In any case, the part was not only the incorrect solution, it was 2X the consumer cost from Miele directly. To date, they have charged me for the service call and part. The part was never provided and they have not been able to explain their pricing differential versus Miele. It has been 5 weeks of run around with the result of Express holding firm on no refunds, not providing the part, and withholding $790 in payments and deposits. made. Email trail to support. Their record with the Better Business Bureau is horrendous. I wish I had checked them out first.

The technician came in and barely looked at my hood range, didnt even diagnose the problem and then I was charged $100 for the service call. I dont even believe that he knows anything about servicing appliances. I was able to fix the problem by myself but replacing a loose bolt. Took me 5 minutes. Worst money Ive ever spent.

The worst company ever!!!!! Technicial came by, didn't even open our dryer! Said that we need a part! We paid over $250 for the service + part. We had to paid $200 for the part to replace!
Turned out we didn't even need that part and the issue was with the wire that got disconnected!
Now we have part that we don't need plus we paid for the horrible service!!!! NO MONEY REFUNDED!
Customer support is NOT helpful at all! They keep telling us that iut's our falt! No way to contact the owner, nothing! I can't even leave review on Facebook! This tells a lot about their business!!!!!
