Amazing! We love our new deck. Adam was great to work with, we would definitely recommend using Royal Innovation.

We had Royal Innovations do a side deck and fence rebuild for us a few years ago, and we were very satisfied with their work. We had no hesitation in bringing them back to redo our back fence, which needed a couple of posts repositioned, and a wider gate installed, but otherwise needed just replacement of the pickets. We wanted a privacy overlap but also wanted a scalloped contour at the top which I assumed might not be possible. The work was scheduled quickly and took about 2.5 days for a 50' fence, with one man there most of the time. Pretty fast especially with alternating super hot and rainy days. The carpentry was done precisely, including the scalloped contour (he did one panel first for our approval before doing the rest). Everything is square and sturdy. If you have had a saggy door or leaning fencepost in the past you will know how important this is. Cleanup was meticulous. After 2 months I have only found 1 stray screw (in a garden). Adam, the owner/foreman is always very easy to deal with, explaining pricing and timing clearly based upon supply chain and other factors. I wish I could remember the carpenter's name for a shout out - but suffice to say he is an expert at all aspects of providing a good customer experience in this field. I highly recommend Royal Innovations for outdoor deck and fence projects, especially if you want any kind of customization (or even if you don't).

When Adam came to quote for the deck, I felt he was extremely knowledgeable about his work. That was not the case with two other people who came to quote. He was very patient as we waited approximately 8 months to get our building permit approved. He also virtually attended a hearing on our behalf regarding the permit while we were out of the country. The many months of waiting was so worth it! Our deck is absolutely beautiful!

I recently had a back deck built by Royal Innovation. Adam and his whole team provided an excellent experience from start to finish. Before hiring him I had met with 5 or 6 other contractors. They were unreliable and didnt have transparent pricing. Adam is the opposite, his pricing was transparent and fair. He always answers the phone and no question is too small. Royal Innovation built a flawless deck for a 3rd floor apartment over a downtown storefront in just three days. Access was difficult: materials and equipment had to be carried up the neighbour's fire escape and lifted over the dividing wall. Besides three walls, the deck features a bench and large planter, and Royal Innovation threw in repairs to the old exterior door and built a protective overhang which is a work of art. I'm a property manager, have dealt with countless companies and contractors over the years, but don't recall being this happy with the workmanship and professionalism of a company or contractor. If you're planning to build a deck, this is the company to call.

I could write a novel on how happy I am with the "Dream Deck" that Adam, Eden, and the Royal Innovation team completed for our family.

From the very first visit with Eden, he took the time to offer suggestions, show samples, and provide expert advice that I never received from other companies that came to quote on our project. They took care of everything from creating the blue prints, submitting and attaining my permit, arranging the inspector, and assigning me a "best in the business" team to complete the work.

Adam was present throughout the project, and even made a few changes once the project started that we never considered. These slight changes gave us a "WOW" factor that has everyone in our neighbourhood commenting continuously on how amazing our deck is.

The team completed the project on time, and on budget, and the attention to detail was incredible.

Adam continued to assist us even when the project was finished, as there were a few questions we needed to ask, and no matter what time of day you reach out to him, he returns your calls always!

Adam and his team did a great job building a new deck for our raised first floor (16 ft high, 16 ft x10 ft area). We love the composite boards and in particular the glass railing, which allows for unobstructed views of our ravine.

Everyone in the company is very friendly, professional, and pro-active. They were very responsive to our questions and requests (e.g., final touch-ups).

Also, the team handled the whole permit procedures (with both the city and conservation area) for us, which worked out well. You should be aware that this can be a lengthy procedure (about 2 months for us) with extra costs, so plan ahead if you want to enjoy your deck next summer!

We recently got our pre-construction home and were looking to replace the builder-provided deck with a custom one. After some research, we decided to go with Royal Innovation for the deck.

That was the best decision considering the team's meticulous attention to design and build. Adam was always responsive to any questions as well as modifications we wanted to do. Omar was an engineer so much at peace with his work and he took the build as his responsibility, making sure everything was per our liking and standards. He spent quite some time getting the finishing correct and we were delighted about it.

As homeowners, we could not have been happier getting our deck done by Adam and the team and will very much recommend Royal Innovation to friends and family.
