Friendly and honest..He gave accurate numbers for when he would start, how long the job would take, which subcontractors would be needed, and the actual cost.
Some small unfinished details were left, but when asked.. he returned to finalize. The tile salesperson failed to tell me about HUSH fabric between the vinyl tiles and the concrete and Lucus was new to this material so I have a small click sound on the floor, but otherwise the renovation is excellent.
I would recommend him.
