Move was fine, the team had headphones on the entire time, not the fastest at loading the truck. Started billing before the third guy showed up. Werent prepared for the job - didnt know details and didnt bring water. Dont know the condition of the piano as its wrapped but it dropped with a bang on a couple occasions. I had measured it all out and knew it should fit in a 10x15 unit but they refused to try to unpack and said it needed to be at least double. I got a bigger unit (10x25). Refused to stack things high but even at their limited height everything took less than 13 - would have all fit so now Im stuck paying over $150 more a month for storage I dont need because of them.
Do not recommend.
