Jason came by our house after doing some work on other homes in our neighbourhood. We had some issues with the patio sinking in some areas and a really impractical and dangerous setup for our front steps. Jason was able to assess the problems and come up with some innovative solutions that allowed us to reuse our existing stones and reimagine the functionality of our steps. The expert property enhancements team also redid the parging for our entire house, something that was overdue as we had several cracks and missing pieces that were exposing our foundation and just waiting to cause bigger problems down the line. We are really happy with the work expert property enhancements did on our property to fix our front patio and parging. We would definitely recommend them!
