Ottawa Electric

We wanted to make some lighting improvements and needed several new pot lights installed in our 2nd floor bedrooms/washroom, new wall sconce (w/ switch), and new power outlets installed around the house. We chose Ottawa Electric because of the great friendly communication, quick price quote, fantastic Customer reviews, easy scheduling, and their pricing was great.
Although we had an idea of what we needed, the technicians were very patient with us and were able to walk us through several recommendations to make sure the work met what we had in mind. The technicians arrived on time, were super friendly, quick, clean, worked safely, followed all Covid protocols, and the workmanship was awesome. They came well prepared with everything they needed (they supplied the specific LED lighting units that I had requested) and also brought extra lights just in case we wanted to add additional units (which we did :). They were even prepared for our last minute request for a new sconce! The installations look great and everything works perfectly.
The whole process was easy, fast, and convenient, and Ottawa Electric took care of everything including the Electrical Permit. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We're a very happy customer and would highly recommend them! We’ll be calling on them again in the summer time to help with some exterior lighting and power outlets in our backyard patio.
