We needed to get a pre-inspection done on a house we were considering in the Welland area. In the late afternoon, our normal Niagara-area inspector who wasn't available that evening contacted Aaron to see if he could help us out and he was able to come on extremely short notice to do a rapid, but efficient risk-based assessment of the property.

Aaron was like Batman with the gadgets - moisture meter, visual thermometer, super-sized selfie stick to be able to take photos of the roof without having to climb on it, and a great collapsible ladder that I'll want to pick up for myself.

If we ever need to get an inspection done in that area again, Aaron will definitely get a call from us!

We asked for house inspection through them and we had Aaron on site as inspector. He was very friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about house. Aaron came to inspect our property and we were very satisfied with his services. He found out all the elements that we were able to identify ourselves and found many other important elements that we would have overlooked otherwise.

He is using a combination of different tools in order to do give us a good evaluation of the state of our property. (Infrared camera, electric and moisture tester)!

We got TrueInspection from google and initially we didn't know anything about this company. When they asked for down payment initially we were a bit hesitate. In the end the inspection was completed on time as requested and we even got our completed report within the same day. We bet you can't get this kind of same day service anywhere in Canada. We were very satisfied with their services and won't be hesitate to recommend anyone to them in the future.
