I found Chris to be extremely knowledgeable and very up to date on other products from competitors. The help I received from Taryn in the office was exceptional. Even though there was a hic-up, it was dealt with
rapidly and professionally. The installer crew answered all my questions
and were very efficient. I would defiantly recommend furnace family to anyone.
