Furnace Family

Jeff came to replace the heat exchanger, which was still on warranty. While he was doing that, he cleaned up the messy electrical wiring (which was done by another company, who had originally installed the furnace). In addition to that, we asked him to replace the solenoid in our humidifier. He discovered that some of the tubing had become hardened and brittle and he replaced that as well. In other words, he didn't just do what was written up on the work order. He surpassed the minimum required and brought everything up to good working order. After the work was completed the area was neatly cleaned up and all of the old parts were removed from the workspace.
Jeff was personable and friendly and explained everything as he worked on it. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. This enabled him to complete the job plus the extra work in less time than was estimated and saved us a nice sum of money.
It's nice to know that there are still people and institutions who take pride in their work. We would have no reservations on recommending this company to anyone we know.
