We recently found it necessary to replace a 10 year old furnace due to the difficulty obtaining and time involved to receive replacement parts.
The service we received from “Furnace Family” from the office staff, sales, service technician to the final installation team was great.
Before trying to sell us a new product, they did everything possible to repair and find replacement parts for our existing furnace.
When it was necessary the replace our furnace, the pricing was very fair. The field service was very fast, with professional and knowledgeable technicians.
Overall an excellent experience from start to finish. Very refreshing to experience a great company like this! I would recommend them to anyone.
