Furnace Family

Extremely professional! Needed a furnace inspection done for my insurance, they were able to get someone out to me within the week. Aaron was extremely thorough and answered all my questions. Work was quick, a small part needed replacing for a reasonable price, and he was also very knowledgeable and able to answer a bunch of questions I had regarding a potential future AC install.

I will definitely be using this company again in the future when I'm looking to replace my furnace and get an AC unit installed!

The furnace died late at night called a few companies but no one was answering , furnace family picked up and the tech was on his way. Fixed the furnace for a tenable price considering it was 12 am. Technician was a nice helpful guy even late at night. Thanks will call again.

I required the service of the furnace as well as the installation of a new humidifier. The staff are punctual pleasant and communicate effectively. Good people good products. I think sums it up.

Booked a furnace service appointment with this firm about a week ago. The tech phoned in advance to advise he was on his way and arrived at the appointed time. He came prepared with all tools and supplies (including a relpacement UV light) and did a great job both servicing and explaining what he was doing. Good Covid protocols were followed. My only comment would be that in these times of Covid 19, techs should come prepared with slip on throw away shoe covers. Very happy with the service call.

People always get nervous when they need to call some company to fix or replace something at home, because you never know how it will go

I could not be happier than I am with Furnace Family. As is always the case, our AC died on the hottest day of the year. Due to a major heart problem, I overheat very easily. From the first tech who took my after hours call (Matthew), to the attempted cleaning and repair (Justin), to the estimating (Ross) and installation (Jared), it was flawless. They all really went above and beyond. Especially Justin who made sure to completely document the existing system to ensure that there was enough info to proceed without having to return. Extremely professional.

We heard the owner in 630 ched and decided to buy the ultimate Lennox system. Our estimator Ross was very informative and we thought the price was fair. The day of install went well very professional crew and you could tell they knew what they were doing. But oh man the comfort in our home is unbelievable the air feels cleaner. The thermostat is so cool. I would highly recommend Furnace Family and Lennox.

Called furnace family based on the Google reviews and wow is all I get to say the estimator was great explained everything and told us we would get the best installers. He was correct the instal went very well nice guys even cleaned up after the job. My house is now nice and cool thanks Furnace Family.
