Mike went above and beyond for us when our furnace broke down over the Family Day weekend. He was quick to respond when I emailed and came on the holiday Monday to inspect it. When we decided a new furnace was required, he was helpful/honest in discussing the options and was back the next day to install one. We were warm again within 24 hours! Amazing service, we couldn't have asked for more.
