During renovations at my house we discovered some vents needed to be moved, Mike and al came with better ideas. Vents were moved from the floor into the walls. They smashed it out of the park. Great guys and great service. Will definitely use them again if I need hvac services. Thanks guys!!

Mike was very quick to respond, very patient answering my questions and then waiting for my repeatedly delayed appliance delivery date, but then able to quickly schedule an appointment for the hookup.

My tankless water heater was sending soot stained water into the sink for the past few years. The person who installed it ignored my concerns. Mike sent his technician Al who listened to me, told me that he had seen this problem before, and then he did something about it. What a relief! My furnace humidifier had not been working well and he was able to do something about that as well. Home Air Systems is now my go-to HVAC company.

It was a pleasure dealing with Mike. He was courteous, and professional. I had explained to him the challenges I was faced with after purchasing my “new to me” home. He was empathetic and very fair with pricing as well. When they arrived the respected the space and laid protective layering on the floor. They came across extra issues with the install and did not complain or charge extra. In addition they cleaned up very well. It was as of they were never there. I highly recommend Mike.

I phoned about my old slowly leaking water heater Monday morning and they visited and looked at it within hours then provided quotes that same day. Wednesday morning I had a new water heater installed.

Our AC unexpectedly stopped working & Mike sent out a very knowledgeable & efficient tech to check it out. He quickly determined the problem & we decided to buy a new unit. Response time for communication was extremely fast and the prices were fair/competitive. They (Mike & his tech) installed the unit quickly and to the specifications we asked for. My Furnace (13 yrs. old) Blower Fan stopped working on a Saturday afternoon just as a heat wave was starting. I chose Home Air systems based on the Homestar reviews and called them on late Saturday afternoon. I spoke with Mike, the owner, and he said that parts would not be available on the weekend and said he would send a technician at 8 am Monday morning. The technician arrived right on time and quickly determined that the blower fan was the problem. The technician also showed me that the exhaust inducer motor was much louder than he would expect, suggesting that this part may also have a problem. Mike called me later that morning and told me that that the blower fan model was no longer available and that a different model would also require a new circuit board. Mike clearly explained the repair costs, but with a 13-year-old furnace I was not comfortable spending a lot on repairs and asked Mike for a quote on a new furnace. Mike indicated he could install a new furnace first thing on Wednesday morning, to which I agreed. As promised Mike and Technician arrived at 8:30 Wednesday and were finished by 12:30.
Mike is very easy to deal with, explains the problem well and provides options. I highly recommend Home Air Systems and would definitely use them again.
