We have had a great experience working with Ward Group. Andrew, Austin and the whole team have been fantastic to work with.
When we solicited bids for the reno work we did on our house, Austin was prompt, professional and easy to work with. Throughout the project they listened to what we wanted and provided a number of valuable suggestions on how to accomplish that.
They were also clear with us when there were aspects of the reno that could not be known until drywall started coming down and the ‘guts’ of the house were visible.
They provided us with a detailed budget for the work and whenever we made changes to the scope, Austin did a great job documenting changes and updating costs so that there were no surprises.
We have recommended the Ward Group since they finished working with us and we are looking forward to the next project we have to work with them.
