I have used The Sprinkler Company for our sprinkler system start-up, maintenance and winter shut-down for the past few years. We moved into our new house and I had no idea about how the system operated. Their technicians have always been great, very knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and dependable.

We hired The Sprinkler Company a few years ago to both install and manage our irrigation and garden lighting needs and they have always been reliable and pleasant to deal with. Last year they installed additional lighting in our backyard and we are super happy with the way it turned out.

The system was installed quickly and professionally in one day, with no disruption to our newly planted flowers and shrubs. The price was competitive with other companies offering similar products, but the quality of work was exceptional. In fact, when the actual installation was done, they added a number of sprinkler heads realizing that would provide better lawn coverage, and didn't charge extra to do this! Very happy with this Company and their people.

Had Alex out for a quote, was quick, professional and friendly. Spoke with 7 other sprinkler companies, none of them could come close to how easy it was to communicate with The Sprinkler company, every time I called, someone answered that alone spoke volumes. After all the quotes came in we chose the sprinkler company because they were most detailed and again the communication was excellent.

The day of the work they showed up early, not just on time but early which I was impressed with. The owner Mike was there and he introduced us to their foreman Ben. Mike was an absolute pleasure and Ben was phenomenal. They both walked us through everything that was going to happen. I had a million questions and at no time did they ever make me feel like I was annoying or inconveniencing them, they really have world class customer service.

The work was performed flawlessly, their attention to detail and meticulous nature carried right on through to their clean up. By the time they left it was hard to even tell they had been there to do any work at all. The grass was raked, all debris picked up. I’d almost say it was cleaner when they left then when they started.

The sprinkler company was phenomenal, flawless, meticulous and an incredible attention to detail. Their workers were polite, kind and a pleasure to have around our home. It was awesome to meet Mike, and Ben really is a customer service champion.

I hired the Sprinkler Company to install an extensive system for our very large lot ( about one acre). They did an amazing job. They arrived on time, finished in one day and cleaned everything up so our property was immaculate when they left. Alex and Mike take a lot of pride in their work and it certainly is evident in the completion of our project. I highly recommend them.
