Alan is an excellent labourer/contractor; he is truly the definition of a 'Jack of All Trades'. Alan did a WONDERFUL job with completing my basement. I had 2 unfinished rooms that were very technical to complete and Alan was skillfully able to cut the right measurements and had 0 wastage of supplies. There was not a spot in the 2 rooms (a furnace room and electrical room) that was undone. Alan was able to get to each corner and even behind a furnace (which did not have much space). Alan is an extremely hard worker and the work he did surpassed my expectations, he literally transformed those 2 rooms by adding an extra light fixture and finishing the rooms with a beautiful paint colour. In addition to the 2 rooms he completed, Alan also revitalized the bathroom by selecting a wonderful paint colour based on the lighting and painting the bathroom to perfection, installed a picture frame, and replaced the existing shower fixture. That bathroom has now become an oasis! I would definitely recommend Alan to my friends/family and to anyone.
