The entire contents of the seniors condo was packed and moved to her new Staywell home

Moved from Rocky Mountain House to a Calgary Storage Unit. The young men arrived on time. They were not very big but managed to move some large heavy furniture including a Piano. They were Pleasant and efficient.

They were great, on time and friendly. They made sure everything was taken care of. They asked questions about fragile items and did a great job!

I’d have no issues using these guys again! No issues, professional and went above and beyond.

I had an amazing experience with this company! I have moved a lot, but this company was by far the best! There was constant communication, the movers were professional, polite and worked extremely hard. All of my purchases were wrapped individually in blankets and taped up. There was not an ounce of damage to any of my belongings! I highly recommend this company!

Yousef and Hussein, hope I spelled that right, were great, they were on time, quick and professional, they even wrapped some of my furniture for me. They made the whole thing painless, would definitely use again and recommend.

Personal Movers loaded and unloaded house contents into two different storage containers over four different days. The movers arrived promptly, worked hard, were courteous and friendly, and did a fantastic job of wrapping furniture and loading contents into containers. The items were secured well and no damage occurred while being transported. (The container tips at a 30 degree angle while being placed onto/from the truck bed so making sure items were secured was important). One of the homes had 5 levels and hardwood stairs so extra care and attention was needed to avoid damaging the stairs and walls. There was no damage. From a customer service perspective, all my requests, questions, and concerns were addressed promptly and courteously. The reminder email to confirm the appointments were very helpful. I highly recommend Personal Movers.

This company has a dedicated person, Alfred, communicating with clients from the start of the enquiry to the end of the job. His communication is timely, prompt and always courteous and professional. All platforms are used: text, email and telephone. The packers and movers responded well to the owner while on site and did what was asked of them in a respectful manner. The Head person was a good leader and quite experienced in moving. The whole experience, over 2 days, went without a glitch. We are more than satisfied with our move and highly recommend Personal Movers.

Guys were great. Unfortunately they had to move in a very small elevator so took longer than expected so were perhaps late for next job but they stayed until all furniture was moved. Thank you.
