Run by a pot head stoner living in his parents basement didn't update us about a cancellation and didn't book us a new cleaning and we needed one for our executive rental.

I had a few questions that customer service answered promptly. Once booked, the cleaning was done well and the fee was as promised. Something I can't say about the competition!

I engaged Mopify for nearly a year and was unsuccessful finding a reliable cleaner in that time for our home. The cleaners that were sent were largely terrible and when they finally sent an experienced cleaner to our home, they were completely unreliable cancelling day of multiple times, to the point in time we went for two months without successfully having a cleaner come to our home. We are not picky and honestly we just needed the bare minimum done in our home, so this was frustrating and extremely disappointing. We won't be using the service again. If anyone has recommendations for a reliable cleaning service in the GTA we would happily take it! We would never recommend Mopify to anyone, ever.

I booked this company for a move out clean and left them with a list if things my rental company wanted done. 6 hours later and it looked like she cleaned for 20 minutes and then sat on her but. It literally looked like she washed the floors and wiped down the counters that is it.

I was looking for a cleaner to come to my house regularly. I have tried contacting a couple dozens of Kijiji ads and for various reasons, they usually don't work out. Mopify made the scheduling, payment, and "onboarding" process easy and simple. My only complaint is that the hourly rate is very expensive. I have since moved on to another service provider.

Created account in January, entered property details and credit card info. Specified the days that I wanted cleaning done. A few days later my job was scheduled. The email notice of my cleaning being scheduled was sent to my junk by accident. The cleaner I had Minerva. I went to the property a few days later and found the place spotless! She mopped the floor, cleaned the bathroom, kitchen and wiped baseboards in 2.5 hours.
Price is roughly $32/hour.

Easy to create an account online, specify what needs to be cleaned and scheduling of cleaning.
Wow my condo was spotless!
Able to complete the work remotely, I specified how they could get the key from security.
They operate in Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary.

Cons
Hard to get a hold of them on the phone.
$10 charge if they bring their own supplies, I think this should be included in the price.
Must have a vacuum and mop at the property.
Unable to list multiple properties in their online booking system.
Unable to handle same-day cleaning requests.
