Walter was professional, honest, polite and very responsive. He worked late into the night to complete the job as quickly as possible so that we could move in on schedule. I will be recommending Walter to anyone that needs his services.

I had a leak from the shower above in the master bedroom into the kitchen ceiling. Walter and Santiago were here on time exactly at 9am on a Saturday morning. Other contractors indicated the ceiling drywall had to be cut out and replaced with new drywall. On the other hand, when Walter came in to look at it, he advised me that since the damage wasn't that bad to the drywall, it could be patched up, sanded, blended in, primed and painted twice. There were additional nail pops Walter had noticed when he was fixing the ceiling that he repaired without even mentioning it to me. They were very clean as they had drop cloths all over my kitchen and I was very impressed with the work that Santiago had done. He was truly a perfectionist. The job was not that big but they were here all day (8 hours) to make sure I was satisfied with their quality of work before they left. Overall, I was very impressed with Walter's and Santiago's collaboration and would highly recommend Manor Drywall Systems and Contracting to anyone who has a similar scope of work.

The work was done in a highly professional manner on time and on budget! Drywall needed replacing in my basement due to a burst pipe! There were other spots throughout the house which had drywall cut out and which needed repair and replace and painting! Everything looks brand new- Walter took time to ensure job was to my high standards and went the extra mile to ensure the paint sample was an identical match! Everything was completed on time, on budget and very professionally! I would recommend Manor Drywall to anyone- looking for a great contractor and a great outcome! We hired Manor Drywall to repair the drywall in our garage.

When Walter came to look at the garage, he gave us good advice & suggestions as well as different options for the job. He was knowledgeable, personable and professional. We could not be more pleased with the end result. Walter worked diligently and in a timely manner. Once on the job, Walter realized the garage required more work than he had initially thought. He did what was needed to repair and re-tape the whole garage and completed the job properly and thoroughly. He honoured the quote he gave us and did not charge us more. Walter was contacted for repair of a 7-foot long line of uneven bumps in the ceiling where sheets of drywall meet. His crew of two came and repaired the defect and repainted the ceiling professionally in one day. Workers were polite and care was taken to keep the place clean.

Walter was a pleasure right from the get go. He was responsive, appreciative of our tight timelines and professional. His work was very neat. We are very pleased with his installation of the new drywall (can't even notice were the damaged areas were). He was at our home over the course of 4 days.
