Mark recently completed our basement waterproofing project, including overseeing the finishing work. It was an excellent experience, very professional from start to finish. Thank you so much KC for your review of my business. After demolishing the existing frame walls and pulling up the carpet we found the slab poured as a cold joint to the foundation wall. The narrow perimeter trench we cut into the concrete, plus the new 4" weeper, gravel layer, and interior dampproofing membrane will ensure the renovated space remains dry.
