Our project involved removing a load-bearing wall, smoothing the popcorn ceiling, installing new hardwood and porcelain tiles, new lighting everywhere and a complete renovation of the kitchen. The first engineer visit was on March 26; the hall closet door was installed on July 30. All of the workers were meticulous craftsmen, and all were very polite. We lived in the house during the construction and Edge's team went to a lot of trouble to keep the drywall dust out of the rest of the house. During the project there were no more than 10 days when someone wasn't at the house doing something to advance the renovation. Any concerns I had during the renovation were addressed quickly. The followup for the very few items at the end was very quickly done. I am very happy with the outcome and I've received lots of complements on the kitchen.
