At first seems great. Not satisfied. Has no principle . Talk the talk but don't walk it.
Promised to return and complete some work, I ended up calling him and made excuses. Terribly dissatisfied. Will not deal with him again

Hi Andy,
I'm so sorry you are upset that I would not change your toilet seat for you And even after I tried to tighten it seeing as I had my tools there. Unfortunately the screws were so stripped from someone using incorrect tools prior to attempt a repair. I should have known better when you started bad mouthing every trades person you have ever had in your house within 7 minutes of meeting me.
