Carsie Solutions

I would not recommend the Carsie Solutions Inc. for a popcorn ceiling removal. Their work on our ceiling was very poor and instead of our popcorn ceiling we now have a wavy, bumpy ceiling with a few cracks in it. Carlos did offer to fix it, but only on his own schedule which did not work for us as by that time we would have finished all of our other renovations. It is a very dusty and dirty process and we could not imagine going through it all over again. Carsie Solutions Inc. also started 2 weeks later then promised, which added unnecessary stress as we had to coordinate with a few other contractors. They did finish on time and cleaned up after themselves, which is why they are receiving two stars. All in all not happy with the outcome, and would never recommend or hire that company again. 

We finally got our second floor window fixed. The wood below it was rotting. We decided to go with Carlos and his team at Carsie Solutions. So happy with this decision. He was really easy to deal with and explained to us exactly what would be done, and answered all our quedtions. His staff were pleasant to deal with. They replaced all woods. They did a great paint job! And they cleaned up nicely before they left. We would definitely use them again if the need arises!
