After inspecting the attic Anthony gave us a detailed quote and timeline for the job. They were flexible on the schedule, which was helpful as we needed to vacate for 24 hours. Courtney and the team did a great job from top to bottom, including; protecting the floors, cleaning up after all three days of the project and petting the dog. Looking forward to saving on heating and air conditioning.

I have used Exotherm twice in the span of 4 months and have been impressed both times with the sales process (smooth), the scheduling (accommodating), and the delivery (professional). The first time I used them was for spray-foaming (closed cell) the exterior walls of my home: after shopping around, I felt they had the best combination of reputation and fair pricing. Delivery aligned with reputation and I called them back to do my attic. Again, fair price and excellent delivery: Courtney did a great job coordinating the job and Alonzos was very clean and diligent with the install. Dealt with Anthony for the sale both times and found him straightforward and responsive and, just as important, delivery aligned with what was promised. In brief, it was a pleasure dealing with Anthony and his team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a serious insulation company that cares about the quality of its work.

Had a quick turn-around on a basement reno project. We have used Exotherm for another project and found the difference quite significant in sustaining room temperature. The Team at Exotherm are undoubtably the most professional you will meet. From the initial job site inspection through to the final walk through you can expect nothing but professionalism and attention to detail. I had a really short timeline (3 days) and the team was able to find time to get my job done in time. I appreciated that they had a project manager that was my go-to as the project started and she was a gem to work with. The installers were on point and courteous and did a great job applying and even getting into hard to reach spaces. Left the job site cleaner than I gave it to them! I had shopped around as well and found their prices to be reasonable. All-in-all I would definitely use and recommend them for future projects! Small side notenot only does this company deliver exceptional service, but their impressive branding and eye-catching trucks will leave your neighbours intrigued, as if your house has become the set of a thrilling CSI episode.

We had a small storage space underneath a rear addition the previous owners had done. The was old baat insulation that wasnt doing much. Anthony and the team did a great job assessing the issue and getting the job done. Very satisfied with the work, only wish wed done it sooner!
