Alex and his team at Infiniti does a great job. They inatalled our air conditioner and 1 year later we have not had any issues with it. Also they have a rather reasonable tune-up package that can be done every 3 years or so for $89, which is quite reasonable to keep our warranty valid - we will just need to remember to do the tune up in 2 years! Will post another review then. :)
Overall, after doing my research, Infiniti seems to be able to provide the best bang for the buck im terms of air conditioners in Kitchener, with better warranty coverage as well!
