We were in need of a repair on our garage door and came across Scarboro Garage Doors due to their many positive reviews. From start to finish, this company provided exceptional customer service, from Greg coming on-site to our home to inspect the issue and sending us a quote, to Rachel in the office assisting with our questions. The technician, Orlando, was very efficient and friendly and repaired what we needed done in a timely manner. He cleaned up the area after the installation was finished and also came back a few days later to replace another part that we needed, which Greg did as a courtesy for us. The main part we needed took a while to come in due to COVID-19, but we were scheduled in the same day once the shipment was received. We are so happy we chose this company and will continue to use their services. They are very kind and took the time to answer all of our many questions. Professional, honest and courteous. It's hard to find true companies like this, they are a winner in our books!
