The quote was broken down into great detail, making it easy to change the scope of work, and it gave us a good understanding of what the money was going to be spent on, instead of a lump sum.
Once work started, we found that Amir was in top of all his crews, constantly making sure things were done the right way. We ran into some serious structural issues that only came to light once construction started, and Amir handled the situation quickly and without overcharging us.
