We are very satisfied with the bathroom rejuvenation work that FGS (Ronal and his son) did in our home. The work began as scheduled and they worked diligently to complete the job in a timely manner. The work was on budget, looks great and they did an excellent job cleaning up the site upon completion of the work. We highly recommend Ronal and FGS for tile installation and renovation work.

Ronal cleaned our bathroom tile, re chalked the shower and bathtub. He also cleaned the floor tile. The work was excellent and our 25 year old tile looks like new. I am very happy with the work and how nice Ronal and his son are.

We hired FGS Fajardo to replace the floor grout in our bathroom shower. Ronal and his son worked for two days to replace the grout and to clean all of the floor and wall tiles. They carefully matched the grout colour and kept the bathroom tidy at the end of each day. We are really happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend FGS Fajardo for tile/grout cleaning or replacement.

Called Ronal of FGS to check out a brand new shower floor installed by another contractor. Grout was cracking and failing badly-see picture # 1. Ronal determined it was due to the substructure of the installation being done incorrectly and entire floor needed to be redone. Ronal and his son, Andres removed old floor, installed new one without any damage to shower walls. They were polite, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. The new shower floor is simply perfect (picture 2)-thank you Ronal and Andres! Highly recommend FGS.

We recently had Ronal regrout an aging built-in shower stall. The shower had developed a slight leak, enough to rust the nails and edging in the drywall work around it, which resulted in a marble entry sill becoming badly rust-stained, so we had Ronal replace that piece as well. Ronal went out of his way to find a matching piece of marble, and he and his son did an excellent job. He adjusted the angle on the sill so it would drain back into the shower if it got wet, and the grout work makes the shower look brand new. Our only disappointment was the dust, which was unusually bad because he had to make several cuts in the old marble piece to get it out. In fairness Ronal did warn us of this. He cleaned up the washroom itself very well, but unfortunately the marble dust travelled all through the house and we still haven't got it all. I'm not sure that anything could have been done tp prevent this, so it's something to keep in mind if you're considering similar work. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend FGS, and will probably call them back one of these days to regrout another shower in a secondary washroom. One of the things I really liked is that they are a family operation - when he came to review and estimate the job, Ronal was accompanied by his daughter, who has architectural and design experience, and for the job itself he was assisted by his son. All three were very friendly, polite, and professional.

Ronal and his son just did an outstanding job on my shower. From the very first interaction Ronal is very professional and he makes the project seamless.

The entire shower was cleaned. All of the soap mildew and mould is taken care of. The grout looks brand new. They removed all of the old sealant and put new silicone.

They even took care of the taps and toilet which had calcium build up.

They are an amazing team and went far beyond my expectations. The bathroom was left spotless and the cleanup was impeccable.
I would 100% have them back and would recommend them to everybody.

Ronal and his son completely re-furbished our shower stall. They cleaned the tiles and completely re- grouted all the seems. As well, they removed any mold that had accumulated under the fixtures. Their work was on time, on budget and clean. They were both very friendly and polite. We could not be more pleased.

FGS did an amazing job to our ensuite shower and it looks brand new. After 30 years the grout had a number of holes, the soap dish had rotted through, there was mould adhering to the silicone caulking and the shower pan was beyond cleaning (or so we thought). Ronal and FGS regrouted the entire shower, replaced the caulking, replaced cracked tiles and cleaned the shower pan so that the whole shower looked liked it had been replaced. They went the extra mile when they discovered a rotted entrance ledge and replaced it. We are extremely satisfied with FGS and would recommend their services.

Ronal and his helpers did an excellent job in our bathroom renovating our shower cabin. The shower cabin looks now better than when it was initially put together.
Ronal was clearly explaining every phase of the work, patiently answered all our questions, and showed us the constant progress throughout the week. They were very flexible, fitting in two other small repairs that we needed.
Although a lot of hard renovation work was done, the rest of the house remained perfectly clean and dust-free.
They left the batroom perfectly clean and ready to be used, and even gave us cleaning instructions to better maintain it.
We're looking forward to having our second bathroom renovated by Ronal in February.
