Ronal and his son Andres did and excellent job restoring the tiling in my condo. I had dropped a bottle of dark blue nail polish on my bathroom floor, which also splashed up on to the toilet. Ronal was able to get the nail polish off the floor, deep cleaned the tile as well as the grout. It actually looks like new. They also cleaned the tile in my kitchen and 2nd bathroom, which now looks like new as well. I was considering replacing all the tile because I disliked it so much, but now that it's been deep cleaned I actually like the tile. Definitely much cheaper than replacing tile if your tile is still in good condition.

We had a leak and Ronald redid our shower area. We were very satisfied with his work. He is very professional and takes care of all small details. After the job was done, they cleaned up all the mess. I really recommend Ronald.

I have a fairly new home and 2 of 3 of my bathrooms were leaking water. After contacting Ronal and having him to the home to view the problems, he very quickly put me at ease as to fixing the issue. He very clearly let me know what was failing in the work that was currently there and set out each plan specifically for the 2 bathrooms. Although we were not having issue with the 3rd bathroom, I got Ronal to redo some of the work that was there to have confidence that I wouldn't have any leaks in the future. I am more than happy with his knowledge of the issues he saw, and the confidence he had in solving the problem. Payment process was very easy as well. My bathrooms look and feel brand new again.

I was impressed from my initial call to Ronal regarding his services. His attention to detail during the quoting process and his availability at all times during the decision process was impressive. It was an easy choice to go with Ronal. Once he began the work he provided daily updates on his progress. Ronal made suggestions during the restoration that truly showed he was looking out for my best interest. The restoration also required the services of a plumber. Ronal collaborated with the plumber and was able to work efficiently and on schedule. When the job was completed I couldn’t believe the before and after results…the transformation was amazing. I couldn't be happier with Ronal and FGS, the work he did with his son was impeccable! He was responsive and reliable when I contacted him (unlike a couple of others I found on Homestars) and he was able to accommodate my schedule. He is very customer-focused, and will keep you informed of every step. This wasn't an easy job as the shower hadn't been tended to in many years (crack in concrete floor, etc) and the tiles I chose were taller than the previous ones, but they stayed late to finish within the allocated time. They left my bathroom in perfect condition, and I've now hired them to come back to polish and treat my marble foyer and kitchen floor tiles. As others have said here, pictures don't do their work justice, my shower is beautiful now.

We are very pleased to have selected Ronal and his son for this tile work. They contacted us when they said they would, showed up when they said they would and did exactly what they promised to do. The end result was fabulous - we no longer have dingy tiles and grout. While a large amount of dust was to be expected with this work, they did a great job at containing it and cleaning up after themselves. Highly recommend this duo.

A Job Well Done Ronal! FGS was recommended by a friend and Ronal and his son did not disappoint! I contacted Ronal and booked an appointment to come and see the job. He was running behind schedule and called to advise me ahead of time. That is exceptional customer service! On that day, he explained what he would be doing and what I could expect from the work. An appointment was arranged and that is the day he showed up to do my shower restoration. No disappointments! As he and his son did the work at my home, he was careful with my belongings, kept me informed on the process and ensured the work space was safe and clean.
