What an amazing company! I called to schedule all my outdoor windows to be washed and I got an immediate response from Anna. We scheduled the day and we were set. Little did I know that my next door neighbors were going to have on on-going landscape project going on with tractors, back hoes, jack hammer and dirt everywhere. The day before I called Anna and asked if we could re-schedule and she said no problem. She quickly gave another date and assured me that if the neighbors work wasn't done in time we could again re-schedule. So pleased with her and with Andrew who came and did an amazing job! We weren’t planning to take a vacation this year so we opted for a house wash instead. After looking at a few companies we decided to go with Shine Squad and have not been disappointed. Andrew did a great job cleaning my windows...some were in rather awkward locations. He was pleasant and hardworking and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied. He did such a good job that I actually contracted them to power wash my deck!

Anna, Andrew and helper really are efficient, hardworking and friendly. Andrew called me right away and came to do both the gutter cleaning and window cleaning.
