This was out first experience with Shine Squad and it was flawless from the first contact with Anna to the completion of the project with Andrew. They are a very professional team and very nice people to deal with.
It was a project we wanted done for a few years and we are very pleased we had Shine Squad do such quality work.
We look forward to having them do our window cleaning next Spring.

Nice guys to have work at our house, and they did a great job. They managed to get the windows spotless inside and out, on our 3 storey house, and I felt absolutely comfortable with them working inside our home. They power washed our front bricks, to remove the dead remnants of ivy which we'd pulled down years ago. As an extra kindness, they cleaned our front door and surrounding glass work, and our porch lights. With their help, our house had good curb appeal when we put it on the market a few days later.

My first contact was with Anna who was extremely helpful and who very quickly sent us an estimate for the job. The price was good so we went ahead with it.
Andrew arrived at the agreed time and was very pleasant to deal with. He did the job very efficiently and on completion said that since there was not so much involved, he would lower the price. This is a 'first' for us. After he left, I noticed that there was a small portion not covered by the leaf guard. I spoke with Andrew and he confirmed that it wasn't there to begin with but as I was concerned he said that he would call in and install that piece the next time he was in the area.

Shine Squad did our exterior windows for our Oakville property just before the winter and words cant express how great it is to be able to see through them finally!!! I received a quote promptly after filling out the only form, received my quote and scheduled date and within days crew showed up to do a great job. We had our gutters cleaned last fall and finally got the chance to sit down and write a review. Anna was very rapid responding with a quote and providing me with an appointment. I really appreciated the reminder email the day before the service. The crew cleaned our gutters and left without leaving a mess (I had a bad experience with a previous company).
