He also accommodated my environmental hypersensitivities by using the soap that I am most familiar and comfortable with, which I really appreciated. My husband and I were very impressed with the entire process: the prompt assessment and quotation, the correspondence prior to the job, the work conducted, the end result and follow-up. Beau returned a requested quote within a few hours and we lined up a time for service in a week. My roof has a very high angle and he had a hard time getting to the top parts to get the leaves but he did and I appreciate his willingness to get the job done. I hadn't had my exterior windows washed in a long time, so when I found the Shine Squad flyer at my door, I decided to give them a call. I connected with a friendly man named Beau who explained his cleaning process to me and also offered a deal on eavestrough cleaning. I had just had my eavestroughs cleaned, so I booked only to have the windows done. This is unfortunate because the price that Beau at Shine Squad was quoting me was lower than the amount I paid to get them cleaned by another company.
Beau was easily reached when I later had a conflict in schedule and had to rebook an appointment time.
As for the job itself, well, it was fantastic. He showed up on schedule, and was very helpful as we had an issue with my screens which made things a little more complex than expected. The windows sparkled when he was done.
I had some questions about the ongoing maintenance, repair and possible replacement of some windows of my older wood-clad windows and he took his time to answer them and even emailed me later with further, helpful information.
Finally, the online payment process couldn't have been easier.
