Booked first week of Aug 2018 and work didn't get completed until end of Oct 2018 because of weather and poor schedule management. Once completed the roofers damaged my hot tub cover by throwing old shingles off the 2 story structure onto the tub. They were aware because most of the shingles were removed and cleaned up. The company was notified with pictures and text immediately. New lid costs $700. I am getting responses from the sales person to assure that I will be contacted by a manager to resolve the issue. Manager has not replied or responded for 20 days. I am getting the run around. Poor business practices and communication.

Now the company does not even return my texts or communications.

This fall came faster then excpeted. The tree in our neighbours yars creates quite the mess. This comes with leaking and damage to our gutters.

We got the replaced. Evolution did the repairs. We would recommend them for future projects.

Thats strange. Guess homestars hates Evolution Roofing. Not very nice. I hired them and it was fine. Weird...anyways we pretty much hired them to get our home finished before the snow. I work in renovations myself, needed a hand, as we just had a baby. They are fast and to the point.

Tele frost came fast this year. I noticed when my son brang home an icicle. This was when I decided to start winterizing my home. We asked them to clean and inspect our drainage. They added new parts and replaced areas that were worn. Basic home upkeep is important. Like anything really.

I am satisfied with the price and the final results.

Just posting this to say thanks. My husband has never had to use a service like this as we have only purchased one home in the past. This barging needed some TLC, which we couldn't do alone. We also are happy with the drive they had, working to complete the task, as opposed to taking time to run up our bill.

Repairs, and renovations. Clean and nice! It was a good experience overall. We are happy ad clams with how it worked out.

Long story short, our original contractor quoted us much more then we had to invest. This was a serious issue for us. Needless to say, I am writing this to let others know where to turn!

What's with all the bad reviews? Weird. I have had an awesome experience working with Evolution. Kelly was always attentive and paid attention to our needs and concerns. I would only ask them cut their work to a short time span, feel guilty when they go for over 18 hours.

Our roof was damaged in the wind storm back in May/18. We contacted a few different companies with good reviews on HomeStars to come out and prepare quotes; we ended up chosing Evo. The guy we dealt with (Rio) seemed quite knowledgeable and they gave us a great price (cash). They gave us a date in early Sept. We followed up with them 2 days before they were supposed to show up and were told our job was postponed for 2 weeks because of rain. We followed up again 2 days before our new date, and were assured they would be coming. The morning of, no show. We contacted Rio again who told us they would be coming the following day. When they did finally show up, they did an ok job on the roof but did not have the materials for other repairs that they were supposed to do. The roofers also expected us to hand over our payment (cash) with no way for them to give us a receipt. Again, we contacted Rio and told him we would pay him when the job was complete. A month later, workers show up and completed the repairs when we were not home (we were not made aware they were coming) and a completely different person has contacted us by phone and text 5 times in a 2 hour period, wanting payment. We have tried to contact Rio but his phone is out of service. This company had great reviews back in May/18 but after reading the more recent reviews, they have obviously changed their business practises. Unreliable, uncommunicative and quite shady is how I would describe our experience with them.
