I purchased a new furnace last year from BreezeCome and have had low humidity issues since, so this year I purchased a Aprilaire Series 800 Steam Humidifier. I have had nothing but problems, and zero customer service on their warranty. I have emailed the salesman a number of times, and the only solution BreezeCome has suggested, is to shut the power off and then restart it. This seems to work for a day or so, but why purchase an expensive automatic humidifier if you need to check the unit twice a day and then reboot it. I suggest anyone considering purchasing anything from BreezeCome reconsider.
BreezeCome response to this review, was to have the installer contact me. He said that he will drop by and have a look when he is in the neighborhood. No firm commitment or time when it will be repaired.
