Ervis was incredibly professional and transparent with me when approaching my drywall and plastering repair job. I had three spots throughout the house that needed repair and he was able to talk though what work was needed, and give a fair estimate for the work. Overall very happy with the process and finished work.

Ervis was a consummate professional, he gave a estimate and stood by it despite me being a bit sticker shocked. Turns out after consulting with my family I was the one way off.

I can't recommend Binaj painting and construction more. From the time we first met Ervis to the completed phase we were pleased. Ervis not only made our completely cracked plaster ceilings like new again but left our house so clean that you'd never know he was ever there. The job was hard and laboursome but Ervis did the job well and we'd recommend him to anyone. The price was very fair.

After a thorough search I hired Binaj Painting and renovations, primarily to complete my ceiling which had several blowouts, demolish a concrete wall and paint the project.Ervis The project manager and owner of the company came assess the project, gave me a very fair price and also committed to the project. True to his word he started with the ceiling and did a superb job on the ceiling.Then he went onto the demolition of the kitchen wall which was totally concrete, removed it disposed of 36 bags of rubbish and then proceeded to reconstruct the New wall. This was quite the project as it was very very intense hard to do in 35° weather, but he did not stop.Ervis work through the project, completed and removed the concrete to the city dump site, and then proceeded to reconstruct the frame of the kitchen. When all was said and done he also painted The kitchen to a very tasteful colour which I left his choice.

His workmanship was superb, he was professional thorough as well as being a pleasure to work with. He completed the entire project far exceeding my expectations. I will certainly contact him again for any future projects, and recommend him to my family friends and anyone who wants a professional Look.

Binaj Painting did an amazing job with our unit. Our painter, Ervis, made sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure he knew what we wanted and also provided excellent advice. He even took the extra steps to patch up things we didn't know needed fixing. Overall, he was professional, punctual, and did a clean job. Funny guy, too. Ervin is an excellent professional painter who did an outstanding painting job on my rental apartment. He was accommodating to my schedule, on time, and cleaned up after the job. I will definitely use him again.

We have had a reoccurring issue with condensation on our ceiling since we have no attic and a low pitched roof.

The condensation damage was confirmed to be due to the internal airflow as an investigation proved that the insulation above the ceiling was not damp or moldy and vapor barrier was not wet or punctured.

After applying a harder finish, prime and paint, the issue was resolved. The additional investigation saved us money to avoid unnecessary roof repair.

This company is super friendly, professional and honest. Highly recommended.

Hired Binaj to do trimwork for two new basement doors, and drywall in foyer. Looked great. Re-hired them to do drywall over door to the basement. Re-hired them again to remove basement ceiling, add soundproofing, and then re-drywall and paint. Everything looks great, professional and well done.

Binaj painting was very proffesional at the job! For the demolition work they cleaned the space after every day of work and isolate the rooms properly for personal things not to get dirty. The new drywall and painting was made perfect and in the process i got pictures every day of the work done. They even did extra painting and answered all my questions every day of the job.
